There is no idea as to who this Unknown is. The first Unknow to appear in Deep Dive. This Unknown has plenty of traits. First off is where he gets his name from, his eyes glow. Another is when he appears he walks through a rock like a ghost. So one could argue that this Unknown is someone's Heart rather than their shell. When He does appear the Heartless Symbol flashes across his chest. This Unknown can not be Sora because if you look at the boots they're nothing likes Sora's. They are tall and slender unlike Sora's which are big and rounded up at the toe. Finally, it is said to this Unknown the "You look just like him" by the Unknown on the Rocks. We can assume that is refering to Sora by the clip that playes after they say that. So this unknown might someone that looks like Sora, assumeing that they are refering to Sora.
