"The Black Wind begins to howl.  Go ahead, give me you best shot." -Magus

Crono is your average teen ager.  Sleeps, feeds the cat, goes to fairs, watch princesses, ya know, the usual stuff.  It's all good for Crono up until the girl name Marle that he's escorting gets sucked into a timewarp and shot 400 years into the past.  Crono has to go back in time to save this girl who reveals herslef as Princess Nadia.  After the recues Crono finds himself in deep trouble in the present.  In fact he's just about to be exicuted until he, Marle, and Lucca jump a gate inot the future.  There they find the end of the world brought on by a creature called Lavos.  So now Crono and his friends need to journey across time to prevent Lavos from destroying the earth.

Chrono Trigger, one of the best games of all.  For it's time, 1995, it had great graphics and sound qualities.  But anymore they kinda seem bad.  If you're gonna play it, play it on the SNES, cause it kinda slow and shotty at times on the PSX remake.  Despite those mishaps in the PSX, you may wanna get it anyway for the new anime style cut-scenes in the game.  In case that doesn't flot you boat, all the characters designs are done by none other than Akira Toriyama, although that doesn't really make much of a difference either way since you can't really tell what the spirites look like.  Oh well, it's a good game anyway.  I really recomend that you play this game.  It'll keep you hooked, you can play through and get over twenty different endings.
